SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING POLICY

  2. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on location and courier service.
  3. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹599.

Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners including:

• BlueDart
• Xpressbees

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

SECTION 8 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

Cash on Delivery is available under the following conditions:

• COD orders require ₹60 advance payment which is non refundable
• COD is not available for orders above ₹1600
• Customers who repeatedly cancel COD orders may have COD disabled for future purchases

Customers should verify the COD amount mentioned on the invoice before paying the courier.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Our return and replacement policy is governed by our Refund Policy page.

• Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim
