7. Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within India.
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on location and courier service.
We charge a shipping fee of ₹51 on orders below ₹499.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499.
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners including:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Shadow Fax
- Xpressbees
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders up to ₹1,200 require a ₹50 non-refundable advance payment
- Orders above ₹1,200 require a 25% advance payment for order confirmation
- COD service may be restricted for customers with repeated order cancellations
Customers should verify the COD amount mentioned on the invoice before paying the courier.
9. Returns and Replacements
Our return and replacement policy is governed by our Refund Policy page.
Key conditions include:
- Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim
- Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
The final decision on replacement approval rests with the Siddhi Divine quality team.
