Shipping Policy - Siddhi Divine

At Siddhi Divine, we are dedicated to delivering your sacred and spiritual products with care, secure packaging, and timely service across India.

🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch

All online paid orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are shipped on working days only and are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

  • Non-customized products: Delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch
  • Customized / energised products (if applicable): Delivered within 7–10 working days from dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location, courier reach, and unforeseen logistics delays.

Courier Partners

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we ship through reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and other trusted logistics providers.
In locations where private courier services are unavailable, we may ship via India Post, subject to serviceability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India
  • COD (if enabled) or special shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout
  • All product prices are inclusive of GST, as per Government of India regulations

Express Delivery

For major cities, express delivery may be available for prepaid orders, with delivery attempted within 4–5 working days from dispatch. Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional transit time or pickup from the nearest courier hub.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with tracking details. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

🔎 Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
Immediately contact our support team at Siddhidivine66@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a replacement at no additional cost, provided the original packaging and product tags are intact.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing the order
  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • To request a cancellation, email us at Siddhidivine66@gmail.com with your Order ID and registered name

✅ Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • All sales are final
  • Products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or
  • The product is damaged during transit

To initiate a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images and/or video proof of the defect, along with images of the outer shipping box and label
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched post approval.
If no defect is found upon inspection, return courier charges will be borne by the customer.

📌 Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, texture, bead size, or finish are natural characteristics of spiritual and handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects
  • No replacement or refund will be provided for defect-free products based on personal preference, look & feel, or slight aesthetic variations
