Shipping Policy
At Siddhi Divine, we are dedicated to delivering your sacred and spiritual products with care, secure packaging, and timely service across India.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All online paid orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are shipped on working days only and are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Non-customized products: Delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch
- Customized / Energised products (if applicable): Delivered within 7-10 working days from dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location, courier reach, weather conditions, and unforeseen logistics delays.
3. Courier Partners
To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we ship through trusted courier partners including:
- Delhivery
- Bluedart
- DTDC
- Other trusted logistics providers
In locations where private courier services are unavailable, we may ship via India Post, subject to serviceability.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India
- COD (if enabled) or special shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout
- All product prices are inclusive of GST, as per Government of India regulations
5. Express Delivery
For major cities, express delivery may be available for prepaid orders, with delivery attempted within 4-5 working days from dispatch.
Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional transit time or pickup from the nearest courier hub.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
Tracking information generally becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a replacement at no additional cost, provided the original packaging and product tags remain intact.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing the order
- Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- To request cancellation, email us with your Order ID and registered name
9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- All sales are final
- Products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
10. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will be provided only if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is damaged during transit
To initiate a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images and/or video proof of the defect, along with images of the outer shipping box and label
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched after approval.
If no defect is found during inspection, return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
11. Important Notes
- Minor variations in color, texture, bead size, or finish are natural characteristics of spiritual and handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects
- No replacement or refund will be provided for defect-free products based on personal preference, look & feel, or minor aesthetic variations
