❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
  • Once the order is packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • In rare cases of operational issues such as stock unavailability or courier restrictions, Siddhi Divine may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • To request cancellation within the allowed timeframe, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We provide returns/replacements under the conditions mentioned below to maintain fairness and product authenticity.

✔ Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, ONLY if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and not damaged.
  • All tags, certificates, and original packaging are intact.
  • A full and continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is received is provided.
    (This video is mandatory for verification and helps us process returns/refunds smoothly.)


❗Special Note for Energized / Blessed Products

Many items are spiritually energized and personalized with blessings in the buyer’s name.
Therefore:

  • Any product that appears used, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Once worn or used, the item cannot be accepted back due to spiritual and hygienic reasons.

To initiate a return, refund, or replacement:

  1. Share a clear unboxing video (from start to end) and photos within the 7-day window.
  2. Our team will evaluate product condition as per policy.
  3. After approval, we will arrange a return pickup or provide further instructions.

🔁 Exchange Policy (If Applicable)

  • Exchange is allowed only for unused products with complete packaging.
  • For size-related exchanges (where applicable), a ₹200 shipping & handling fee applies.
  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days, depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Used or worn items
    • Missing packaging or certificates
    • Returns without an unboxing video
    • Returns requested after 7 days
