At Siddhi Divine, we are committed to delivering authentic and high-quality spiritual products. Kindly read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. 1-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Important Guidelines
- No returns or replacements will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns based on personal preference, or change of mind.
- Product dimensions and specifications are clearly mentioned in the product description.
- All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened without cuts or edits.
3. Eligible for Replacement
Replacement will be considered only in the following situations:
- Wrong item received (verified through unboxing video)
- Damaged or defective item received (verified through unboxing video)
4. Not Eligible for Replacement
The following situations are not covered:
- Product damaged, used, altered, or washed by the customer
- Item returned without original packaging, box, or inserts
- Product not in its original condition
- Requests raised after 24 hours from delivery
- Minor variations in color, texture, or wood grain, as natural variations are inherent to spiritual and wooden products
To qualify for replacement, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With complete original packaging
5. Inspection & Final Decision
Our team will carefully review the submitted photos and mandatory unboxing video.
Based on verification, we will determine whether the replacement request is approved.
The decision of Siddhi Divine’s quality team will be considered final.
6. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds.
Refunds will only be processed in exceptional situations such as:
- Order delivered after an excessive delay
- Customer repeatedly receiving incorrect or damaged items
If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days, subject to banking timelines.
7. Prepaid Orders - Delivery Failure
If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or failed delivery attempts:
- Shipping charges will be deducted
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method
We are not responsible if the customer overpays the courier without verifying the COD amount mentioned on the invoice.
8. How to Start a Replacement
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and share the following:
- Order number
- Registered phone number or email
- Clear product photos
- Mandatory unboxing video
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode:
- You must courier the product back to us at your own expense
- Replacement will be processed after inspection
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Nepali Rudraksha Collection
- Siddh Separately on Your Gotra Product
- Sale Items

10. Exchanges
If you wish to purchase a different product, you may place a new order separately.
